Corsa Nero LLC ("Corsa Nero") may obtain one or more consumer reports or investigative consumer reports about you from Checkr, Inc. ("Checkr"), a consumer reporting agency, for the purposes of determining your eligibility to rent a vehicle from Corsa Nero.

The report may contain information about your:

• Motor vehicle records and driving history
• Identity verification (name, address, date of birth, Social Security number)
• Criminal history, where permitted by applicable state law
• Other public record information

Your Rights

You have rights under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, including:

• The right to receive a copy of the report if any adverse action is taken based on it

• The right to know if information in your file has been used against you
• The right to a summary of your rights under the FCRA

State-Specific Notices

California, Minnesota, and Oklahoma residents: You have the right to request a copy of any report Corsa Nero obtains about you.

New York residents: You have the right to receive, upon request, a copy of any investigative consumer report requested. A copy of Article 23-A of the New York Correction Law is available upon request.

Washington State residents: You have the right to request from Corsa Nero a written summary of your rights and remedies under the Washington Fair Credit Reporting Act.
