Children: Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have, it will be deleted immediately.

3. Photos & Video

We may photograph or video record driver's licenses, vehicles (before and after rental), and property for verification, documentation, and security purposes. By using our services, you consent to such recording.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To send SMS/email notifications (trip reminders, rules, confirmations)

5. SMS & Email Communications

  • We may send transactional SMS/email regarding rentals and account activity.
  • You may opt out of marketing SMS by texting STOP; text HELP for assistance.
  • After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive messages unless you sign up again.
  • Message/data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our physical address.

7. GPS & Vehicle Tracking

Important: All vehicles in our fleet are equipped with GPS tracking devices. These devices monitor real-time location, speed, mileage, and driving behavior for security, theft prevention, contract enforcement, and customer safety.

By renting a vehicle from us, you explicitly consent to GPS tracking during the rental period. We may use this data to verify compliance with rental terms, recover stolen vehicles, assist in emergencies, and for insurance or legal purposes.

8. Insurance Verification

We may contact your insurance provider directly to confirm active coverage, policy limits, and eligibility as part of our rental approval process.

9. Background Checks

Where safety and eligibility require it, we may conduct a driving-related background check through a licensed consumer reporting agency in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Your Rights Under FCRA:

  • You will be notified if we intend to obtain a consumer report about you
  • If we take adverse action (such as denying a rental) based on information in the report, you will receive a copy of the report and a summary of your rights under FCRA
  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the consumer reporting agency
  • You may request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigation

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical retention periods include:

  • Rental records: 7 years (for tax, insurance, and legal purposes)
  • Background check results: As required by FCRA and applicable law
  • Payment information: As required by payment processors and financial regulations
  • Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion

After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your information unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
