Timing
When Should You Book?
Weekends are the busiest window for exotic rentals, and there is exactly one of each car in the fleet. When a Saturday is gone, it is gone — there is no second C7 sitting in the back.
Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most weekends. For a wedding, a milestone birthday, a graduation weekend or a summer holiday, book earlier — those dates fill first and they are the ones you cannot move.
Summer books fastest
May through October is peak season in Metro Detroit. Clear weather weekends, car events and wedding season all compete for the same Saturdays.
Off-season has openings
Spring and fall weekends are easier to secure on shorter notice, and a crisp dry October afternoon is genuinely excellent driving weather.
Fixed dates come first
If the weekend is built around an event that cannot move, secure the car before you finalize anything else that depends on it.

Do not multiply the single-day rate by three. Multi-day rentals receive a reduced daily rate, so a two or three day booking costs less per day than a single Saturday. Ask for a quote on your full date range.

When you request a weekend quote, ask for the daily rate for your dates, the deposit amount, and the mileage allowance. Those three together are the real cost — anything else is guesswork.
If you are planning longer drives, say so up front. Mileage is set per rental, and it is cheaper to arrange the right allowance at booking than to settle overage at return.

How far ahead should I reserve a Saturday?

Can I keep the car overnight?
Yes — that is the point of a weekend rental. Park it somewhere secure and well lit, and follow the storage guidance you receive at handoff.
What if it rains all weekend?
Michigan weather moves fast, and a forecast several days out is rarely the final word. If severe conditions are expected, call us — we would rather talk through options early than have you drive in conditions you are not comfortable with.
Can I take it outside the approved area?
Wayne County is the default approved driving area, and travel beyond it requires prior written approval. If your weekend plans cross county or state lines, raise it when you book so it can be arranged properly.
How much mileage comes with a weekend?
Mileage is set per rental rather than being unlimited. Share the approximate distance you expect to cover and the allowance can be matched to it at booking.
